Membership

Members are people who believe in the mission of Newspeak House and wish to publicly declare their affiliation.

Members commit to:

• Proactively provide peer support to the fellows, other members and the wider community
• Seek out relevant communities and add them to the Community Map
• Make a regular donation of £25 per month to Newspeak House

Members benefit from:

• Access to Newspeak Hall when it is not closed for events (pending)
• Invitations to Newspeak House members-only events (pending)
• Proactive advice and assistance from the Dean and Fellows

It is an aspiration of Newspeak House to be entirely member supported; this is the most stable and resilient model for the institution as a whole, and keeps its incentives best aligned to the community it serves.

Members have the option of sponsoring memberships for others, and consequently, there is the possibility of sponsored memberships for those who may not be able to afford it.
